Using the DPA 4660 CORE Heavy Duty Omnidirectional Microphone is easy. First, connect it to your device. If you're using a wireless system, make sure the power supply is between 5V and 10V through the DPA adapter. If you're using the DAD6001 - BC XLR Adapter, you can use P48 Phantom Power starting from 12V.
Since it has an omnidirectional pattern, you don't have to aim it directly at the sound source. Just place it in a suitable location, and it'll pick up sound well. It's great for recording speech, so you can use it in meetings, interviews, or when you're capturing ambient sounds in tight spaces.
