Product Detail

The Samson Stage XPD2 Dynamic Handheld USB Digital Wireless System (Pre-owned) is in like-new condition. It's an open-box product with no signs of use. This system lets you add a wireless microphone to various sound applications via its uniquely designed USB stick receiver. With simple setup, professional full-range audio, and a 100' wireless operation range, it's ideal for live performances, digital communications, and mobile productions. Key features include a 2.4GHz USB digital wireless system, perfect for broadcasting, live streaming, and presentations. It has plug-and-play operation with Mac and Windows, works with iPad via Apple's Lightning to USB Camera Adapter, and with Android devices via a host OTG adapter. The RXD2 USB stick receiver has a 1/8' (3.5mm) headphone/monitor output. The HXD1 handheld microphone transmitter has a Samson Q6 Dynamic Microphone element and offers 20 hours of battery life using two AA batteries (not included). It has a 100' operating range (line of sight, environment dependent), 1-touch pairing, and adjustable volume controls on the transmitter. It's compatible with Samson Expedition Series Portable PAs with USB Wireless ports and includes a mic clip and USB extension cable. Technical specifications: XPD2 USB Digital Wireless System can support 2 simultaneous systems, has a 100' (30m) line-of-sight working range, a working frequency of 2.404 - 2.476GHz, GFSK modulation type, an audio frequency response of 20Hz - 16KHz, T.H.D. < 0.1% (@ 1KHz, -10dBu), and a signal-to-noise ratio > 85dB. The RXD2 USB Receiver has a max. analog audio output level of 0dBu, an audio output impedance of 100K OHM, a USB audio sample rate of 32KHz, an operating voltage of 5V DC, dimensions of 3.5' x 0.9' x.31' (89 mm x 23mm x 8mm), and a weight of 0.35oz (10g). The HXD1 Handheld Transmitter has a Q6 dynamic microphone element, RF power < 10 mW EIRP, requires two AA (LR6) alkaline batteries with a 20-hour battery life, dimensions of 10.2' x ø2.1' (260mm x ø54mm), and a weight of 0.5lb (218g).

Using the Samson XPD2 system is easy. First, connect the RXD2 USB stick receiver to your device. If it's a Mac or Windows computer, it's plug-and-play. For an iPad, use Apple's Lightning to USB Camera Adapter, and for Android devices, use a host OTG adapter. Then, insert two AA batteries into the HXD1 handheld transmitter. Press the 1-touch pairing button on both the transmitter and receiver to sync them. You can adjust the volume on the transmitter as needed. When using it, keep in mind that the 100' operating range is line of sight and can be affected by the environment. Avoid using it near strong electromagnetic interference sources. For maintenance, when not in use, remove the batteries from the transmitter to prevent leakage. Clean the microphone element gently with a soft brush to keep it in good condition. Make sure to store the system in a dry and cool place to extend its lifespan.
