Product Detail

The Electro-Voice RE3-ACC-AASP is a top - notch, wide - bandwidth active antenna splitter. It serves as the heart of RF and DC power distribution in a multichannel wireless microphone system. Each incoming antenna signal (A and B) is actively split into four connected receivers without any signal loss. It also distributes DC power to run these four receivers. There's a convenient cascade output for each antenna. This lets you send incoming signals to another AASP unit with zero loss, without affecting the four RF outputs per side. You can cascade up to five AASP splitters from one pair of antennas. The selectable booster feed can power active antennas and booster amps with 12V DC. You can easily turn it on or off via a switch on the main circuit board inside the chassis. Key features include an active 2 - in x 8 - out design, DC power distribution for four receivers, splitting two antennas to four receivers, a selectable booster feed, and a cascade output for stacking splitters. Technical specs: Frequency range is 470 - 960 MHz, RF output gain is 3 dB (-2dB), cascade output level is 0dB - +2dB, output connection isolation is 25dB, third order intercept point is 24 dBm, impedance is 50 Ohm, input voltage is 12v DC/5A, output DC voltage is +12V 1A x 4, antenna booster DC voltage is 12V, dimensions are 18.93' (481mm) in length, 8.94' (227mm) in width, 1.71' (43.4mm) in depth. It has a black polyurethane paint finish, net weight of 6.78 lb (3.07 kg), and gross weight of 8.16 lb (3.7 kg).

Using the Electro - Voice RE3 - ACC - AASP is a breeze. First, connect your antennas to the appropriate inputs. The splitter will then distribute the signals to four connected receivers without losing any signal strength. You can also use the cascade output to connect another AASP unit. Just make sure to connect it properly to avoid any issues. When it comes to power, the splitter distributes DC power to the receivers. You can power active antennas and booster amps using the selectable booster feed. By default, it's on, but if you don't need it, you can turn it off using the switch on the main circuit board inside the chassis. As for maintenance, keep the unit in a clean and dry place. Avoid exposing it to extreme temperatures or moisture. Regularly check the connections to ensure they are secure. If you notice any problems with the splitter, like signal loss or power issues, it's best to contact a professional for help.
