Product Detail

The Clear-Com CZ11516 BS210 is an advanced base station without a headset. It offers an expandable system that allows up to four synchronized co - located base stations to work together, supporting a total of 44 COMMUNICATORs, with up to 16 in hands - free, full - duplex mode. It features wired intercom input/output interfaces, making it compatible with existing 2 - wire partyline or 4 - wire matrix systems from Clear - Com or RTS. The wireless ISO talk - around lets all wireless users on the same base station communicate with each other, isolated from intercom channels. It has digital auto “nulling” for excellent hybrid balancing and echo elimination. With two separate 2 - wire/4 - wire channels, assignable AUX IN for program input and AUX OUT for directing wireless ISO to Stage Announce. Its triple naversity operation ensures reliable communication in multi - path situations. It uses digital 64 - bit encryption and Frequency Hopping Spread Spectrum (FHSS) technology for secure communication. Relay (GPIO) actuation and a selective headset connector add to its functionality. It's backward compatible with previous HME DX200 COMMUNICATORs. The 2 - wire loop - through connectors allow connection to multiple external audio devices, and it has feedback protection for un - terminated 2 - wire channels. Technical specs include 1/2 - Wave, Dual Diversity Dipole TX & RX antenna, RJ - 45 4 - wire I/O, XLR - 3F & 3M 2 - wire I/O, etc.

Using the Clear - Com CZ11516 BS210 base station is quite straightforward. First, connect it to the power source. You can use either 100 - 240 VAC, 50 - 60 Hz or 12 - 14 VDC. Then, connect the appropriate audio devices through the 2 - wire loop - through connectors or other interfaces as needed. To communicate, set up the wireless ISO talk - around or connect to the wired intercom systems. When using the AUX IN and AUX OUT, adjust the levels according to your requirements. For maintenance, keep the base station in a clean and dry environment. Avoid exposing it to extreme temperatures or humidity. Regularly check the connections to ensure they are secure. If you encounter any issues with echo, the digital auto “nulling” function can be accessed from the front panel to fix it. Also, be aware that the system uses digital encryption, so don't share your communication settings with unauthorized personnel. When not in use, turn off the base station to save energy and prolong its lifespan.
