The VocoPro IR-9009-2 Infrared Dual Wireless Microphone System stands out by using the latest Infrared (IR) technology instead of VHF or UHF bands. This effectively gets rid of signal interference like never before. With an external sensor included, you can customize the performing area for excellent reception. You can use up to two IR-9009 systems in the same room or multiple rooms without the signal crossover issues that trouble most microphone systems. Each microphone runs on two AA batteries, either alkaline or rechargeable. An optional Rechargeable Kit is available, which comes with a charging dock and four rechargeable AA batteries, so you don't need alkaline batteries. For larger rooms, attach the external IR sensor to extend the range and improve signal strength. You can even use up to three IR sensors at the same time. Adjust the individual volume controls on each microphone channel to get the right sound level. You can either use the individual 1/4” outputs for each microphone or the mixed 1/4” output for combined signals. When it comes to maintenance, keep the batteries fresh.
